Returns

  • Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Custom-made items such as those produced through Printify are non-refundable unless they have a clear defect or printing error.
  • If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Contact our customer service at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and photos showing the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, either replace the item or issue a refund.
  3. If a replacement is approved, the new item will be sent to you free of charge. You do not need to return the defective item.
  4. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges will not be refunded, unless the issue is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made items produced via Printify (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before making your purchase.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
