Returns
- Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Custom-made items such as those produced through Printify are non-refundable unless they have a clear defect or printing error.
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
- Contact our customer service at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and photos showing the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- We will review your request and, if approved, either replace the item or issue a refund.
- If a replacement is approved, the new item will be sent to you free of charge. You do not need to return the defective item.
- Shipping fees for returns or exchanges will not be refunded, unless the issue is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made items produced via Printify (unless defective or incorrect)
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Exchanges
- Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before making your purchase.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
